San Francisco Cabinets Kitchen & Decor is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage our complete factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day factory operations
• Plan and control production schedules
• Coordinate installation schedules and site teams
• Lead and manage factory and installation teams
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and productivity

Requirements:
• Proven experience in factory or production management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior manufacturing is an advantage
• Ability to handle planning, coordination, and execution
