Finance Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, budgeting, compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls, with the ability to drive financial governance and business performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end finance function for the Hayyoh Loyalty Program.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, financial controls, and governance processes.
Manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
Monitor loyalty points liability, rewards costing, and financial exposure.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, audit requirements, and internal policies.
Support procurement, contract management, and commercial finance initiatives.
Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support.

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
