Financial Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a strong Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and act as a key finance business partner across investment, development, and property operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Deliver financial insights & performance analysis across assets
• Build and manage financial models & dashboards
• Support strategic decision-making and business cases
• Enhance reporting processes, systems, and controls

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in FP&A within real estate / asset management / development
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI
• Exposure to ERP systems and large data sets
• Strong business partnering & stakeholder management skills
