Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food Services Manager to lead and grow our (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving excellence across all our food service channels, ensuring outstanding quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily HORECA operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Maintain and elevate high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.
· Manage, train, and motivate a dedicated team.
· Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and control costs to drive profitability.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
· Implement strategies to grow the business and enhance its market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food service management.
· Proven background in the HORECA industry is highly preferred.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
