Founding Growth Lead

Description:

We are looking for a Growth Lead to join as a founding member of the team and help launch and grow the user base for FBTC. You will be responsible for leading strategy across BD, strategic partnerships, and communities.

Summary:

• Partnerships/BD candidate for DeFi projects.
• Ideally experience in the BTC ecosystem.
• Fully remote (preferred but not limited to EMEA).

Your Role

• Join the team as a founding member to bootstrap the project.

• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and forums.

• Own and execute growth/partnership strategies and associated budget for FBTC.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
• Ensure growth metrics are accurately captured and analyzed to understand the effectiveness of growth initiatives to improve our acquisition spend efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and opportunities within the DeFi ecosystem, ensuring the project remains at the forefront of innovation and partnership potential.
