Description:
Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking an experienced and certified IATA Safety Management System (SMS) Trainer to deliver high-quality training both online and onsite. The trainer must be IATA-certified in Safety Management Systems and demonstrate excellent delivery and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging IATA Safety Management System (SMS) training sessions to individual and corporate clients.
- Facilitate both online (via Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and onsite sessions at our training center or client premises.
- Customize course content where necessary to meet the specific needs of trainees or corporate clients.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback through assessments and reporting.
- Stay up to date with the latest IATA SMS curriculum, updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with IMTC training coordinators for session planning and logistics.
- Uphold IMTC’s standards of training quality, professionalism, and learner engagement.
Requirements:
- Mandatory IATA Certification in Safety Management System (SMS).
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in aviation safety or SMS-related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training delivery, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proven ability to deliver training both online and in-person.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing class dynamics.
- Flexible to work on-demand based on training schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering IATA-authorized or IATA-partner training programs.
- Background in aviation operations, safety compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training tools.
