Gas / Elevator Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Gas / Elevator Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of gas distribution and vertical transportation systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage LPG & natural gas systems, elevators, escalators, and vertical transportation systems
• Monitor contractor performance, SLA/KPI compliance, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with QCDD, WOQOD, and safety regulations
• Handle emergency response for gas leaks, elevator entrapments, and system failures
• Maintain records, inspections, testing, and compliance documentation through CAFM/CMMS systems
• Support procurement, technical evaluations, spare parts planning, and lifecycle management

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
✔ Experience in Facility Management / Real Estate preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of gas systems, elevators, safety systems, and preventive maintenance
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & CMMS/CAFM systems
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)

🔹 Preferred Certifications:
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
• Elevator maintenance/safety certification
• Gas systems safety certification
