Requirements:

✔ 20+ years of experience in Retail Management with mandatory GCC retail experience.
✔ Proven expertise in Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, and E-commerce.
✔ Strong experience in driving P&L performance, sales growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence.
✔ Hands-on experience in vendor management, warehouse operations, retail management systems, and SOP implementation.
✔ Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams (approximately 1,000 employees).
