We are looking for a GSAS Design Engineer to lead sustainability efforts during the design stage of major projects in Qatar.

📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
📅 Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
🛂 Availability: Immediate joiners only with valid QID
📌 Role: GSAS Design Engineer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage GSAS certification process from concept to detailed design
▪️ Coordinate with design teams to integrate GSAS strategies
▪️ Review MEP and architectural documents for GSAS compliance
▪️ Prepare and submit narratives, calculations, and documentation to GORD
▪️ Conduct preliminary assessments and provide targeted design feedback
▪️ Track and report performance metrics (energy, water, materials, ecology)
▪️ Attend design meetings to embed GSAS requirements
▪️ Liaise with GORD for audits and reviews
▪️ Support energy, daylight, and thermal simulations as needed
▪️ Maintain all GSAS-related documentation and correspondence

✅ Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s in Architecture, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
▪️ GSAS-CGP certification is mandatory
▪️ 3–5 years of GSAS design-stage experience
▪️ Skilled in modeling tools (e.g., IES-VE, DesignBuilder)
▪️ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
▪️ Strong documentation and technical analysis skills
