As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, developing high-quality menus, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring that each dish meets the highest standards of excellence. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for food innovation, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

• Develop and innovate new menu items aligned with culinary trends and customer preferences

• Maintain consistency and quality of dishes served across all meal periods

• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented according to established quality standards

• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost control

• Enforce health, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times

• Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff

• Manage kitchen schedules and assign tasks based on experience and skill level

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior culinary role

• Proven experience in fine dining restaurants is highly preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic

• Full understanding of food hygiene and safety standards

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage kitchen staff from diverse backgrounds
