𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage and oversee our Central Kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining consistency across all outlets, and leading the kitchen team efficiently.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
Plan and supervise food production schedules based on outlet demand
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage control
Coordinate with procurement team for purchasing and stock management
Develop and standardize recipes and portion control
Ensure timely dispatch of food items to all locations
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Proven experience as a Head Chef / Central Kitchen Chef
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Ability to manage bulk production and multi-outlet operations
Good communication skills
Locally available in Qatar with Valid QID & NOC
Ready for immediate joining

Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
Experience in multi-brand or multi-outlet F&B operations
