Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional dishes

Develop and innovate menus with authentic American & Tex-Mex flavors

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

Oversee inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships

Ensure smooth kitchen operations at all times

🔹 Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef in upscale or fine dining restaurants

Strong knowledge of American & Tex-Mex cuisine

Excellent leadership and organizational skills
