Head Of Finance

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support organizational growth.
Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
·       Professional finance qualification required (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
·       Extensive finance experience with leadership exposure preferred.
·       Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
·       Experience in the education sector is an advantage
·       Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Responsibilities:
·       Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
·       Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance
·       Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
·       Ensure effective internal controls and risk management
·       Lead and develop the finance team
