Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and guest service management
  •  Ensure high standards of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and service delivery
  •  Manage hotel staff, departmental coordination, and operational performance
  •  Monitor budgets, occupancy rates, and business performance
  •  Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety, and quality procedures

Key Requirements:
 Proven experience in Hotel Management or Hospitality Operations
 Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
 Experience managing hotel teams, operations, and guest relations
 Ability to handle fast-paced hospitality environments effectively
 GCC or international hospitality experience is highly preferred
