Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
Refill guest room supplies such as toiletries and water
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces according to hotel standards
Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel or resort.
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
Physically fit and able to work long shifts on feet
Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Ability to follow instructions and maintain schedules
