Housekeeping Supervisor

As part of our strategic expansion, we are inviting experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our Hospitality team at 𝑨𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 & 𝑺𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫

The ideal candidate will supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas, manage and train housekeeping staff, handle guest requests professionally, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in housekeeping within hospitality, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- English & Hindi required | Arabic is an advantage
