Key Responsibilities

✔️ Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
✔️ Lead full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
✔️ Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
✔️ Oversee performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking
✔️ Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement programs
✔️ Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
✔️ Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and employee files
✔️ Support retention strategies and workforce planning
✔️ Prepare HR reports, analytics, and manpower summaries

🔹 Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 5–7 years of HR experience (hospitality/F&B preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with integr
