Hr & Payroll Specialist

Description:

We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 – ERP / HR & Payroll Specialistlist to support and optimize HR and payroll processes within an enterprise ERP environment.

🔹 Key Requirements
4–7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 HR & Payroll
Good understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll processes
Experience in payroll configuration, processing, validation, reconciliation & reporting
Experience managing employee master data, organizational structures, positions and HR workflows
Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, UAT and testing
Experience with implementation and post-go-live support
Ability to coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, business users and vendors
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Microsoft Dynamics certification
Enterprise / multi-entity ERP experience
ERP integrations and third-party payroll systems
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, Finance or related field
