The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across project sites, ensuring compliance with:
Local regulations
Client requirements
International best practices

Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting risk assessments and site inspections
• Investigating incidents and reporting findings
• Delivering safety training
• Coordinating with project teams to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• NEBOSH Certification
• Ability to pass Kahramaa HSE and Qatar Energy (QE) HSE examinations
• Proven experience in project site HSE management
