Experience: 5+ years of proven HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector (GCC experience mandatory).
Certifications: NEBOSH IGC (Level 3), IOSH Managing Safely, and OSHA 30-hour.
Status: Valid QID with NOC/Transferable visa and available to join immediately.
Skills: Expertise in PTW systems, risk assessments (JHA/TRA), and incident investigation.
