Hse Officer

Description:

Responsibilities:
- 4 to 6 yrs experience
- Monitor day-to-day HSE operations and ensure all personnel are working
safely, wearing PPE, and following best practices.
-Carry out accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare
detailed reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, audits,
permits, and safety logs.
- Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training
sessions for all employees and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party auditors to ensure project
compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all emergency
equipment and procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a
related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Marine and/or Oil & Gas
environments (offshore and onshore).
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory; additional HSE or industry
certifications (IOSH, OSHA, BOSIET, OPITO) are a plus.
