Hse Officer

Description:

We are looking for experienced HSE Officers to join our client’s team and help maintain a safe, compliant and risk-free work environment.

🔹 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
✔ Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience in Construction / MEP / Industrial projects
✔ NEBOSH Certificate – Mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and safe work practices
✔ Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigation
✔ Fire protection systems experience will be an advantage
✔ Strong communication, training and interpersonal skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Conduct site inspections, audits and safety checks
📌 Identify hazards and implement effective control measures
📌 Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and awareness training
📌 Monitor safe work practices and PPE compliance
📌 Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation
📌 Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions
📌 Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legal requirements and client standards
