Description:

We are looking for experienced HSE Officers with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
✅ NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
✅ Facilities Management experience required
✅ High-rise building experience is preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety compliance
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with client and Qatar safety regulations
- Lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, and incident investigations
- Manage PTW systems and promote a strong safety culture
