Hse Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for a critical upcoming 2026 Oil & Gas Shutdown project in Qatar. This is a short-term, high-impact role (approx. 2–6 months) focused on ensuring the highest safety standards during intensive turnaround operations.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Lead and monitor all health, safety, and environmental protocols specifically for shutdown/turnaround activities.
·  Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk tasks.
·  Perform daily site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards immediately.
·  Facilitate safety orientations and daily toolbox talks for diverse contractor teams.
·  Coordinate emergency response and lead incident investigations if required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
·  Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant Science discipline.
·  Mandatory NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) and IOSH Managing Safely.
·  Minimum 5–10 years total HSE experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Oil & Gas Shutdown/Turnaround projects.
·  Qatar Energy (formerly QP) approval is a highly competitive advantage.
·  Strong leadership, fluency in English, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Project Details:
·  Location: Qatar (On-site – Ras Laffan / Mesaieed).
·  Duration: Short-term contract (Estimated 2–6 months).
