Hvac Technician

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to handle repair, maintenance, and part replacement work for seven (7) 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with these units and ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and service 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues; replace faulty components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain detailed service reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working on 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC repair & maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
