Ibm Middleware Lead

We’re looking for an IBM Middleware Lead to join our team for a highly impactful role! If you have 12+ years of experience working with IBM API Connect (APIC), App Connect Enterprise (ACE), and IBM DataPower, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of middleware solutions.
🔹 Work with clients to understand requirements and provide best practice solutions.
🔹 Ensure API and integration solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
🔹 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
🔹 Drive automation in API lifecycle management and deployment.
Required Skills:
✅ Expertise in IBM APIC, ACE, DataPower
✅ Solid understanding of API management, microservices, DevOps, and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
✅ Experience with API security protocols like OAuth, JWT, TLS
✅ Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration challenges
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
✅ IBM certifications (APIC, ACE, or DataPower) are a plus
