Investment Manager

 

Description:

 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Handle B2C real estate sales and convert prospects into clients
• Manage and grow client real estate portfolios with a long-term investment approach
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate investments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Understand client investment goals and provide tailored property solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2C / real estate preferred)
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Basic understanding of real estate portfolio management is a plus
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Immediate joiners preferred
