Job Purpose:
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring a portfolio of IT projects from initiation to closure. Your role will be critical in ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction in line with our strategy plan.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT projects using established project management methodology.
Coordinate across departments and maintain vendor relationships.
Prepare and deliver project documentation and reports.
Manage project risks and scope effectively.
Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
Handle team dynamics and ensure timely problem resolution.
Support compliance, security, and audit requirements.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or Master’s is a plus).
Project Management Certification (PMI required).
8+ years of IT project management experience, specifically in banking and financial services.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
