It Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to drive growth across Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
✨ 8–10 years of B2B IT sales experience, including 3+ years selling Microsoft solutions
✨ Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, licensing, cloud adoption, and AI solutions
✨ Solid understanding of Qatar’s business landscape, procurement processes, and regulations
✨ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
✨ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✨ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
✨ Experience with Microsoft partner programs, co-selling, and incentives is an advantage
