Description:
Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
· Respond to and resolve user support requests (hardware, software, network).
· Manage user accounts, access, and IT asset inventory.
· Provide technical support for Office 365.
· Offer IT support remotely, onsite, and for offshore locations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support.
· Proficiency in Office 365 and strong network troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
· Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID.
· Experience in the oil & gas sector is a significant advantage.
