What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Assist with IT infrastructure and system upgrades
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures
• Train employees on IT systems and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and common software applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Based in Qatar or open to relocation
