Description:
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant (sMax) to deploy and manage OpenText OpsBridge Suite and drive IT service excellence.
Key Skills & Experience:
· OpsBridge Suite (2–3 products), High Availability, SSL, SSO
· APIs, Linux/Windows CLI, Virtualization
· Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell
· ITSM tools: sMax, UCMDB, CMDB, Kubernetes
· Technical documentation & ITIL knowledge
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
· Programming certification; PMI/ITIL Foundation is a plus
