Junior Food Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Food Safety Officer to join our full-time team in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure public health and safety by maintaining the highest standards in food processing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
· Monitor and inspect food handling and production processes.
· Implement and oversee food safety and quality assurance protocols.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Food Safety principles.
· Experience in Food Technology and/or Quality Assurance is a strong advantage.
· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and teamwork skills.
· Certification in food safety management is a plus.
