Lead Planning Engineer

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ 12–15 years of relevant experience in Project Planning & Scheduling
✔️ Strong experience in Erection & Piping projects
✔️ Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects
✔️ Proven experience in a Lead Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer role
✔️ Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress control
✔️ Experience with EPC / industrial projects preferred
✔️ Strong coordination with Project Management, Construction, Engineering and Site teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for erection and piping activities
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans and recovery schedules
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and milestones
• Analyze delays, identify critical activities and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to ensure timely project execution
• Track manpower, equipment and resource requirements
• Monitor Erection, Piping and Construction activities against schedule
• Support project teams with forecasting and schedule recovery plans
