Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst – ERP Basis & Authorization to architect, govern, and secure the entire SAP ecosystem—including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BTP, Datasphere, SAC, RISE migration, and enterprise-grade authorization frameworks.
✅ Key Requirements:
• 9+ years SAP technical experience with 6+ years leading Basis & Security/Authorization on large-scale S/4HANA programs
• Expertise in SAP architecture governance, SoD controls, position-based access, and compliance/audit readiness
• Hands-on leadership in RISE with SAP transition, SAP BTP integrations, and cloud transformation initiatives
• Proficiency across SAP landscape lifecycle: patching, upgrades, performance tuning, DR/BCP, and operational stability
• SAP Certification(s) preferred (S/4HANA System Admin, Security Admin, BTP Admin/Architect)
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science
• Oil & Gas sector experience highly valued
