📍 Location: Qatar
📝 Contract: 12 Months Initial + Extendable
🎯 Role: Level 2 (L2) Operations Engineer

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide L2 support, monitoring, and maintenance for:
• CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, IoT systems
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents and alerts
✅ Manage tickets and escalate complex issues as needed
✅ Monitor dashboards and perform system health checks
✅ Coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors and field teams

🔧 Your Skills & Experience:
✅ Strong knowledge of ELV architecture, IP-based systems, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP)
✅ Hands-on with Video Management, Access Control, BMS, and Fire Alarm systems
✅ Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, networking, virtualization
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✨ Preferred:
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell)
• Smart city or airport project experience
• ITIL/ITSM processes
