Lighting Presales Engineer

Description:

Objectives: Preparing proposals, quotations and design for lighting projects.

Responsibilities

- Preparing Technical & Financial Proposals and Presales of lighting products for projects at Qatar

- Studying projects specs and drawings.

- Preparing BOQs.

- Products selection and preparing quotations.

- Providing technical submittals and compliance statement.

- Providing lighting designs and solutions.

- Provide lux calculations based on the standards.

- Analyzing costs and sales.

Qualifications

University Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineer or equivalent lighting industry experience

• Previous experience: 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in the lighting industry

Specialist knowledge:

• Knowledge of Dialux and/or Relux

• Knowledge of AutoCAD

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

Soft Skills and Personality traits:

• Good Communication

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Teamwork

• Language Fluency: English is must , Arabic is plus

• Current Location: Qatar
