Logistics And Warehouse Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in managing logistics, warehousing, and material management functions across the group, including both local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities for the group, ensuring smooth material movement from receipt to delivery.

Manage import and local shipment processes, including obtaining necessary online approvals from local authorities (Ministry of Environment, QAS, etc.), especially for DG materials.

Collaborate with warehouse operations to monitor inventory, delivery timelines, and process improvements.

Support the Supply Chain Manager in special projects and strategic initiatives.

Act as a change agent, leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate closely with clearing agents and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.

Evaluate supply chain performance and recommend improvements in materials, supplies, and quality.

Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Studies, or related field.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated progression.

Experience handling DG/Chemical materials is a plus.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Effective communicator with experience navigating authority protocols.
