Logistics Coordinator

Description:

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Qatar! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to efficient supply chain operations.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems
· Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation and delivery schedules
· Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
· Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and shipping records
· Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues
