Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! If you have strong experience in facility operations and love keeping systems running smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance
Manage work orders through a system
Support HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance activities
Liaise with technicians, contractors & vendors
Prepare maintenance schedules & reports

Qualifications:

Experience in facility maintenance or building services
Knowledge of MEP systems
Strong communication & coordination skills
Ability to prioritize and solve problems
With valid QID and can join immediately.
