Maintenance Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in real estate and facilities management to join our team. If you have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other building systems.
· Conduct regular property inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
· Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
· Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and inventory records.
· Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or related).
· Minimum 3–5 years in property/facilities maintenance
· Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure.
· Computer literate (CMMS knowledge is a plus).
