Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Galvanizing

Location: Qatar
Salary Package: QAR 3,500 (Basic) + Housing & Transportation provided by the company

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute preventive maintenance for production & workshop equipment
Monitor & troubleshoot machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime
Maintain & update CMMS records
Develop SOPs for key machinery maintenance
Coordinate with production teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations & conduct maintenance audits
Train & supervise maintenance staff
Prepare reports & track performance metrics for management
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
8–10 years hands-on maintenance experience (preferably in steel/galvanizing industries)
Proven supervisory & leadership skills
Strong technical expertise in preventive maintenance & troubleshooting
Proficiency in CMMS software
Solid knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and audits
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
