Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Key Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
10+ years of experience in overhead crane maintenance
Mandatory experience with DEMAG / STAHL / ITALKRANES
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in petrochemical live plants
Qatar Light Motor Vehicle Driving Licence is mandatory
Strong supervisory and administrative skills
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and team supervision

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of overhead cranes and hoisting systems
Lead maintenance technicians and helpers
Plan and schedule maintenance activities
Ensure HSE and lifting-equipment compliance
Maintain inspection, breakdown and maintenance records
