Requirements:
• Experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in construction/contracting projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit & BIM software
• Experience in mechanical BIM modeling and coordination
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & mechanical systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and shop drawings
• Experience coordinating MEP, Architectural & Structural models
• Site/project experience preferred
