Mechanical Draftsman

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. If you have strong AutoCAD skills and experience in HVAC, firefighting, and piping systems, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:
· Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanical draftsman.
· Proven experience in HVAC, Firefighting, and piping systems.
· Proficient in AutoCAD.
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC systems, including ducting and chilled water piping.
· Develop coordination drawings and identify/resolve clashes with other services.
· Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings and shop drawings.
· Modify and revise drawings as per site conditions or design changes.
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and guidelines.
