 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality regulations
Conduct performance analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, maintenance)
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project plans

🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2–5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of mechanical design, CAD software, and production systems
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
Solid understanding of industrial safety standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
