Mechanical Technician

Description:

Key Requirements:
Perform reverse engineering of mechanical components.
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation.
Create 2D & 3D CAD drawings.
Support workshop improvement initiatives and maintain high safety standards.
Proficient in MS Office.

Basic Requirements: 
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or Machining.
• 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment repairs and machining operations.
• Proven ability to operate horizontal lathes, boring machines, and milling machines.
• •Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques and precision measurement tools.
• Excellent understanding of safety standards and workshop best practices.
