Medical Coder

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our hospital team.
Key Responsibilities:
-     Review medical records to code physician services & diagnoses (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
-     Ensure 100% accuracy following international and local coding guidelines.
-     Provide documentation feedback to Physicians and Clinicians.
-     Collaborate with Billing and Patient Accounting teams to resolve claim issues.
-     Maintain coding reference information.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
·  2-5 years of medical coding experience.
·  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
·  Diploma/Certification in Medical Coding from an accredited institution.
·  AHIMA, AAPC, or CPC certification is required.
·  Strong knowledge of medical terminologies.
