Description:

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
Create LOD 400 & LOD 500 models in line with project requirements
Update as-built models from redlines, site data, and point clouds
Maintain accurate BIM data as per project and client standards
Coordinate across HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical disciplines
Support BIM coordination and clash resolution processes

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP BIM Modeling (AEC industry)
Strong knowledge of MEP construction methods and systems
Proven expertise in BIM standards, coordination, and documentation
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
COBie experience preferred
