Description:

Qualification:
> Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UAE Attested) Basic Requirements:
> Knowledge of MEP Systems operation, repair & Maintenance (DX, VRF, Package Chiller and associated assets, Pumps, electrical & ELV assets etc.
> Knowledge of CAFM & BMS system ➤ Able to prepare condition survey reports with lifecycle plan.
> Project and team management skills > Valid UAE Driving License
Years of Experience:
> Minimum 5 years' in UAE/GCC
> Maintenance of High-Rise buildings
Language:
> Excellent command of English
